Today we have visited a farm that daily collects and processes milk exclusively from its farms situated in our region.This farm produces excellent cheese combining new technology with centuries-old traditional cheese making recipes. It produces high-quality fresh products, like ricotta and mozzarella cheese.

On Tuesday, 4th November, at the conference room of the Historic Palace of the Province of Reggio Calabria an informative seminar about nutrition was held.  The debate was attended by Councillors Francesco Cannizzaro and Demetrio Cara, the Naturopath Nutritional biotherapist Patrizia Pellegrini, the specialist nutrition Pierluigi Rossi (professor at the university of Bologna) and Raffaella Rinaldis publisher and director of "fimmina tv".The topic of  seminary   was  food issues concerning young people  and the Mediterranean diet. The group of students of the school "ITT Panella - Vallauri" took part at the conference as Etwinning students.
